PRIVACY STATEMENT
SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – WOO Ecommerce
Our store is hosted on Woo Ecommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Woo Ecommerce data storage, databases and the general Woo Ecommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
This site uses Authorize.net as the direct payment gateway to complete your purchase. The payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
Authorize.net adheres to the SAQ A-EP* standard set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Shipping Policy
Caj Beauty orders are shipped and delivered during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) All orders are subject to authorization. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers. Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All items must be shipped to a valid street address. Please note that certain items require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment (i.e. ground shipping) for these items is dictated by these regulations. Therefore, some items cannot be shipped outside the continental 48 states.
Return Policy
Cajbeauty.com gladly accepts returns of products purchased at our online store (www.caj beauty.com) for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Unfortunately, Caj Beauty products purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by Caj Beauty. Please reach out to the retailer you purchased the product from if you need to make a return.
Please kindly take note:
- To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box containing all original product packaging and accessories.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping and we cannot accept any “return to sender” packages.
- The total amount of the discount received on a “promotional discount” purchase will be deducted from the refund amount on a return of individual products from the purchase.
- We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part.
How:
To send returns by mail completely fill out the Returns Form that came in your package and ship the form and item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice. If you received the item(s) as a gift and do not want the refund to go to the original purchaser, please indicate this on the Returns Form as an exchange. In that case, we will exchange your item for equal or greater value of the current retail price.
Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Caj Beauty is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please send your returns to:

Warranty Policy
TWO YEART WARRANTY FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT This Two Year (select tools are subject to a 1 year warranty) Limited Warranty covers malfunction or defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship for any Caj Beauty, LLC. appliance that was purchased through an authorized professional salon or other authorized distributor and lasts two (2) years from the date of purchase. It DOES NOT cover any appliances purchased through the internet or from any location or outlet that is not authorized. This warranty does not cover steel parts; plastic parts; flex cord; damages caused by negligence, misuse, tampering, alteration, failure to follow safety, operation or maintenance instructions; normal wear and tear. (A) THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, GOOD AND WORKMANLIKE PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE, OR OTHERWISE, ON THIS PRODUCT ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FOR THE ABOVE WHICH IS TWO (2) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Mail your appliance, your original receipt, the warranty card (Caj_Beauty_WarrantyCard) and $20.00 for shipping and handling to the Service Center at Caj Beauty, LLC, 20411 Imperial Valley Dr. Houston Texas 77073. The replacement or repaired appliance is warranted for the remainder of the original two (2) year warranty period. See complete details in the Owner’s Manuel accompanying your appliance, or contact Customer Service at info@cajbeauty.com. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
